Our Educators
Alongside Morgan, our educators bring hands-on behavioral expertise and daily classroom care to every child at Comfort First Early Learning — the same team you'll see and get to know at drop-off and pick-up every day.
Our foundational approach is rooted in evidence-informed behavioral science, but we don't expect every educator to arrive with that fully mastered — early childhood education is a journey of continuous growth. Morgan and Drew actively mentor and train every educator, especially those newer to the field, in a collaborative environment where learning to treat children with genuine respect and understanding is the goal, and growth takes time.

Morgan Palframan
Center Manager
I founded Comfort First Early Learning in December 2022, opening its doors in March 2023. After experiencing burnout and dismissive management firsthand earlier in my career, I set out to build a workplace rooted in genuine leadership and empathy — one where educators are actually supported, not just supervised.
Rather than managing from behind a closed door, I'm actively present on the floor every day — working shoulder-to-shoulder with educators to problem-solve, mentor, and provide the resources staff need to thrive. Minimizing educator burnout is personal to me: I regularly put in 10-to-12-hour days and bring administrative work home with me each evening, so that the time I spend on the floor can go entirely toward actively supporting my educators rather than paperwork.
Drew Palframan
Early Years Behavioral Interventionist
I bring a deep passion for understanding child behavior, emotional regulation, and developmental milestones to Comfort First Early Learning's infant and toddler rooms. I hold two years of education in Early Childhood Education and one year of study in psychology, with additional focused study in Applied Behavior Analysis, child development, behavioral science, and developmental support.
My approach combines early childhood practice with evidence-informed behavioral and developmental strategies to better understand the reasons behind children's behavior, drawing on real cases I encounter at work. I use this foundation to understand the “why” behind behaviors, helping children build communication, emotional regulation, autonomy, and emerging skills through low-pressure, proactive guidance.
I continue to invest in ongoing training in diverse learning needs and modern developmental frameworks to ensure every child receives tailored, compassionate support.
Ramandeep Kaur (Raman)
Early Childhood Educator
I started my journey with Comfort First Early Learning in 2024, and it has been a meaningful and rewarding learning experience. Since joining the team, I have had the opportunity to learn from the children, families, and educators around me.
My educational background has also played an important role in shaping who I am as an educator. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Mathematics. These studies have helped me develop strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills. I enjoy bringing these skills into my work with children by encouraging curiosity, exploration, creativity, and different ways of thinking and learning.
Working in early learning has helped me grow in my understanding of children and the importance of creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Every day brings new experiences that encourage me to reflect, improve, and continue learning as an educator.
My studies in Early Childhood Education have helped me connect my classroom experiences with my academic learning and develop a deeper understanding of how to support children’s growth, development, learning, and well-being.
Amritpal Kaur (Amrit)
Early Childhood Assistant
I am deeply passionate about working with children and strive to create a positive, nurturing environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and emotionally supported. I encourage them to learn, grow, and develop their confidence so they can become kind, capable, and responsible members of society.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Mathematics, having graduated with flying colors from a renowned university, and I am fully certified as an Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA). Since day one, I have been an optimistic, determined, and consistent person.
I am always eager to collaborate with the team or work individually to hone my skills and advance my career in early childhood education.
