Alongside Morgan, our educators bring hands-on behavioral expertise and daily classroom care to every child at Comfort First Early Learning — the same team you'll see and get to know at drop-off and pick-up every day.

Our foundational approach is rooted in evidence-informed behavioral science, but we don't expect every educator to arrive with that fully mastered — early childhood education is a journey of continuous growth. Morgan and Drew actively mentor and train every educator, especially those newer to the field, in a collaborative environment where learning to treat children with genuine respect and understanding is the goal, and growth takes time.
